• Prepare department schedules and daily assignments.
• Assist in housekeeping and laundry duties to cover patient census and staffing needs.
• Report incidents, hazards, and equipment issues to the Administrator.
• Inspect work areas for safety, fire protection, and infection control compliance.
• Conduct rounds and tours with administrators and other staff as needed.
• Manage shift changes, inspections, training, and supply usage; ensure policy compliance.
