Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking our BILINGUAL SPANISH-ENGLISH Environmental Services-Custodial Operations Manager 2 for our client partners at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Our successful bilingual candidate will have experience managing environmental services in a campus environment, during special events and high-profile events including weddings, working flexible times, with occasional night and weekend work. Our leader will have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team, explaining contract goals to the team, and executing a plan to drive results. The ability to understand service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large high-profile special events on campus is essential.

What You'll Do

• Be bilingual English-Spanish to lead our frontline hourly team
• Manage environmental services in a campus environment, during special events and high-profile events including weddings, working flexible times, with occasional night and weekend work
• Demonstrate experience mentoring a large team, explaining contract goals to the team, and executing plans to drive results
• Understand service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large high-profile events
