Role Overview

Sodexo’sHealth Care Division is seeking anEnvironmental Services / Custodial Manager 2atSt. JosephHospital-Lake Saint Louis, located inLake Saint Louis, Missouri.St. Joseph Hospital-Lake Saint Louis is part of the SSM Health system and is the leading provider of health care services for western St. Charles, Warren and Lincoln Counties. This state-designated Level 3 trauma center has 215 beds. This is a2nd shift opportunity(2PM start time), primarily M-F and every other weekend/holiday on call schedule. This manager will report to the General Manager overseeing a staff of approximately 20 frontline housekeepers.

What You'll Do

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce
