TouchPoint is seeking an Assistant Director of Environmental Services to lead the Environmental Services/Housekeeping department at a 400-bed facility. You will partner with the Director to manage budget, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive service excellence while guiding a team of about 100 associates. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and strong client relations within the healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of EVS/Housekeeping experience in a hospital environment.
• Must be able to walk 3+ miles daily across the hospital campus.
• CHESP certification highly desirable.
• Excellent patient services, guest relations, or customer service experience.
• Experience with Federal & State healthcare surveys.
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract management; Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Oversee daily operations of Environmental Services/Housekeeping.
• Lead and develop a team of 100 associates; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain budgetary accountability and client relations.
• Ensure department readiness for inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration and professional development.
