Job summary

TouchPoint is seeking an Assistant Director of Environmental Services to support leadership and daily operations of the Environmental Services/Housekeeping department at a 400-bed facility. You will partner with the Director to manage the budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong interdepartmental relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years EVS/Housekeeping experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
• CHESP certification highly desirable.
• Excellent patient services, guest relations, or customer service experience.
• Experience with Federal & State healthcare surveys.
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract management preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient patient coverage by monitoring daily assignments and staffing.
• Lead, orient, train, and develop associates for competency and high-quality care.
• Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment.
