Job summary

Compass Group USA's TouchPoint unit seeks a Director of Environmental Services for a hospital facility. Lead housekeeping, sanitation, and environmental safety programs, directing a team to meet quality and regulatory standards.

Manage daily workflows, scheduling, training, and budget adherence to ensure hospitality-driven service. You will collaborate across departments, monitor expenditures, develop budgets, and coach performance to maintain high service levels in a demanding healthcare

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Two to four years plus housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for department’s financial data and statistics
• Monitoring of unit expenditures
• Develop and recommend department operating budget and ensure the department operates within budget
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments
• Actively communicate with administration and other hospital departments
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise functions and activities of the department
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for departmental operations
