Job summary

Clean Harbors in Rancho Dominguez, CA is seeking a Technical Services Account Manager to join our safety‑m first sales team. The TS Account Managers will drive new waste management business while growing existing accounts and expanding services across hazardous waste, environmental solutions, and compliance.

Live within the South Los Angeles County territory and work on-site with a focus on customer acquisition, contract oversight, and strategic selling to EHS leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of complex B2B sales experience.
• Experience in environmental services or waste management is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans.
• Knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new waste management business while growing existing accounts.
• Lead lead generation, customer acquisition and expand services.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver compliance and safety solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans across multi-site accounts.
• Coach stakeholders and close profitable environmental services contracts.
