Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cleaning or environmental service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• Understanding of infection control and safety standards.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, including rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and elevators.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and dusts floors, furniture, and equipment.
• Maintains floors and surfaces, including stripping and refinishing as needed.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, and woodwork to keep areas hygienic.
• Restocks supplies and monitors inventory to prevent shortages.
• Handles trash and biohazardous materials safely per safety protocols.
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Assists with minor repairs and flags larger facility issues.
• Maintains regular attendance and compliance with policies.
