Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a full-time Service Center Supervisor. The role oversees the service center, couriers, samplers, and staff, coordinating with QA and sales teams to ensure top-tier client service. Compensation ranges from $23 to $26 per hour and includes overtime as needed.

The SCS acts as the liaison to clients, manages facility operations, and enforces EH&S policies while supporting business development and client retention goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Field Services experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience working directly with customers and representing the company professionally.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Local area primary client representative for the service center.
• Coordinate with QA Manager and Account Executives on project requirements.
• Resolve client complaints professionally and timely.
• Maintain vehicle records and report monthly miles.
• Supervise couriers, scheduling pickups, and shipping samples.
• Coordinate with lab management on capacity and routing of projects.
• Ensure EH&S policies at the service center are followed.
• Provide sales support to Account Executives for business development.
• Order supplies for the service center.
• Maintain knowledge of method requirements to assist clients.
• Assist with placement of projects to the appropriate lab.
• Build relationships with clients and regulators.
• Visit clients with sales staff as needed.
• Provide courier support to meet client needs.
• Supervise a dispersed team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
