Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Horsham, PA seeks a Supervisor I to provide technical and operational support in a full-time, 8am-5pm role. The position entails scheduling, training, data review, and ensuring QA and EH&S compliance. The incumbent will oversee Analysts and Technicians, manage workload, and contribute to SOP updates.

Qualifications include a BS/BA in Chemistry or related field and at least 3 years in a lab. Commute to Horsham is required; salary is $28-30/hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a laboratory setting.
• Must live commutable distance to Horsham, PA laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects to prioritize workload and meet client requirements.
• Oversee analysts and technicians to maximize productivity and ensure QA procedures.
• Train new analysts and develop staff on skills and procedures.
• Prepare department reports and track productivity.
• Assist with hiring decisions and safety inspections as needed.
• Release data and documentation; maintain SOPs and methodology updates.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S requirements and quality systems.
