ManpowerGroup staffing is seeking an Environmental Service Attendant in Ames, IA. The role supports cleaning and maintaining facilities across varied settings, focusing on safety and presentation.

You will follow site procedures, manage supplies, and contribute to a dependable team environment. The position offers a contract-to-hire path with a consistent M-F schedule and a clear route to long-term employment.

M-F 12:30pm-9:00PM

What's the Job?

• Clean and maintain facilities or designated locations in an orderly condition across commercial, health care, schools, universities, or other establishments.
• Support day-to-day environmental services needs to help ensure a safe, presentable environment for occupants and visitors.
• Follow site procedures and cleaning standards to maintain consistent quality throughout assigned areas.
• Keep work areas organized and help maintain supplies and equipment in proper condition.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness expectations.

• Ability to work Monday through Friday and follow the assigned schedule.
• Willingness to work on client premises as assigned.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, orderly spaces.
• Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and safety expectations.
• Motivation to learn, take direction, and contribute to a dependable team environment.
