This role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork, with a 6:00am to 2:30pm shift. A high school diploma and prior warehouse experience are preferred; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse role, preferably in manufacturing or assembly.
• Familiarity with warehouse picking and packing processes.
• Forklift operation experience and certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; good organizational and time management skills; basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking; commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Our client, manufacturing and distribution operations is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting production readiness, order fulfillment, and efficient material flow. Location: Pella, IA

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
