Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Associate, Logistics to support daily facility operations in Rancho Cucamonga. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment with a 5:00 PM to 1:30 PM shift and a pay rate of $19 per hour.

Responsibilities include housekeeping across restrooms, offices, and production areas, plus operating floor care equipment and reporting safety issues to supervision. Medical plans and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures and use proper PPE while performing cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to complete assigned cleaning routes and checklists while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Comfort operating housekeeping tools and floor care equipment (such as scrubbers and vacuums) as required.
• Strong reliability and commitment to company policies and attendance requirements.
• Readiness to support special cleaning projects, facility events, and recycling/waste management programs as needed.
