Job summary

Cook Children’s is seeking an Environmental Service Aide for the Prosper Medical Office Building, within the Environmental Services Department. The role involves repetitive cleaning of patient rooms, dismissals, units, X-Ray, Surgery, Recovery, Emergency and offices using standard cleaning supplies and disinfectants; trash and linen are also emptied.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm, totaling 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak read and write English.
• One-year previous experience in hospital or motel preferred.
