Job summary

Cook Children’s is seeking an Environmental Service Aide for Prosper Medical Office Building. The role involves cleaning patient rooms, units, offices and other areas using standard cleaning supplies and disinfectants; you will empty trash and linen and support housekeeping operations.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to speak/read/write English; prior hospital or motel cleaning experience preferred. Monday to Friday 6:30am–3:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• One year of hospital or motel cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive cleaning of assigned patient rooms, dismissals, units, X-Ray, Surgery, Recovery, Emergency, and offices using standard cleaning supplies and disinfectants.
