Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a part-time Housekeeper for ambulatory services at Children’s Health System of TX, Pediatric Heart Specialists in Arlington, TX. Evening shifts start 6:00 PM or later; about 2 hours per shift (10 hours/week).

We will train—prior healthcare housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Performs cleaning to disinfect ambulatory facilities including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, and specialty spaces.

Qualificações

• Prior environmental services housekeeping experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
• Physically active role requiring standing, bending, and moving equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to train for the position.

Responsabilidades

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Cleans floors, dusts furniture, windows, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves and arranges equipment for cleaning.
• Replenishes soap, towels, trash bags; restocks supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and storage areas.
• Works with alarm systems to arm/disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for part time HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES positions.
• Location: Children's Health System of TX, Pediatric Heart Specialists - 4927 South Collins Street, Arlington TX 76018. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time schedule; Days vary Monday-Friday, weekends off! Evening shifts starting 6:00 PM or later. Approximately 2hrs per shift, 10 hours per week. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior environmental services housekeeping experience in a healthcare facility is preferred, not required - we will train for the position! This is a physically active role that requires prolonged standing and walking, frequent bending and reaching, and the ability to push, pull, and move equipment and supplies while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs specialized cleaning duties with the intent of disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning. Realigns items according to recommended layout.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Performs carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste. Performs routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
