Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for 1st Shift at UMH Sparrow in Lansing, MI. The team cleans patient areas and supports a healthcare environment, following Xanitos’ standards and patient safety protocols.

Immediate offers for qualified candidates. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, COVID-19 vaccination, and post-offer screening. Includes every other weekend/holiday shifts and benefits as outlined by Xanitos policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Experience in janitorial industry a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience a plus.
• Post‑Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, furniture, and surfaces.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweeps/vacuums floors and dusts furniture.
• Transports trash to disposal areas and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment between departments.
