Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Part-Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for 2nd Shift at UMH Sparrow in Lansing, MI. This role involves cleaning and maintaining areas on client premises, including rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.

2nd shift runs 3:00pm - 11:30pm with every other weekend/holiday. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, and vaccination against COVID-19, plus post-offer medical, background screening and drug test.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
