Job summary

Xanitos is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for all shifts at UMH Sparrow and St. Lawrence Hospital in Lansing, MI. Pay: $14.84 per hour; shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with weekend/holiday requirements.

Positions may work on client premises within a health care campus. COVID era screenings and post-offer checks may apply; daily duties include cleaning, restocking, and transporting small equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas.
• Sweep or vacuum floors; dust furniture and equipment.
• Transport trash to disposal area and replenish bathroom supplies.
• Transport small equipment between departments.
