Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Part-Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for 2nd Shift at UMH Sparrow in Lansing, MI. The role supports hospital housekeeping operations across client sites with duties including cleaning rooms, restrooms and common areas, and restocking supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus.
• Medical cleaning a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
