Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC is seeking an Environmental Scientist II to support field investigations, data collection, and documentation for environmental projects across multiple locations. The role emphasizes robust technical analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will participate in preparing project documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing field support as needed while maintaining a strong safety culture and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or environmental science.
• 5–10 years of experience on environmental projects.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Work with environmental technicians and staff in data collection and evaluation.
• Prepare technical evaluations of investigated sites following CERCLA/RCRA guidelines.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project staff preparing written documentation.
• Review and document processes to obtain/update environmental permits, plans, and reports.
