Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology or related field.
• 3–7 years of environmental, natural resource, regulatory, or consulting experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel per AE2S requirements.
• Ability to travel and perform fieldwork as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wetlands delineations, habitat assessments, and natural resource evaluations for projects.
• Prepare environmental permitting documentation and agency correspondence.
• Interpret regulations and coordinate with regulators to support approvals.
• Analyze data and develop avoidance, minimization, and monitoring plans.
• Collaborate with clients, landowners, contractors, agencies and project teams.
• Support monitoring, inspections, grants, and project administration.
• Contribute to business growth through client meetings and proposals.
