Job summary

DESOTEC Desotec NV in Germany seeks a Sales Manager to drive new business across Europe. You will prospect, manage opportunities, and present technical and commercial solutions to prospects in biogas, chemicals and water treatment sectors.

You will travel regularly (~3 days a week) and spend substantial time on the road, with occasional visits to our Belgium HQ. You’ll join a collaborative team and report to the Regional Business Director.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful sales experience, with a focus on new client acquisition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage new business opportunities within strategic target markets.
• Provide technical and commercial solution support to prospects, tailored to their needs.
• Manage opportunities through the CRM and maintain regular follow-ups at multiple levels.
• Prepare and present quotes and respond promptly to requests.
• Travel frequently within the assigned region and occasionally to Belgium.
