Job summary

A-Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Reports Analyst I in Orange, CA to transform field data into polished client reports.

You will learn technical writing, environmental compliance, and data integrity while supporting asbestos, lead, mold, and related environmental concerns. You will translate field and lab data into professional reports, format documents to company templates, and coordinate with project admins to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong writing ability are required.
• Proficiency with word processing and data formatting is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with environmental consulting or technical writing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate field and lab data into accurate, professional reports.
• Format documents using company templates and ensure consistency.
• Maintain communication with Project Administrators and field staff for timely delivery.
• Meet daily and weekly report deadlines.
• Maintain organized report folders and submit finalized documents through client portals.
• Collaborate with QA/QC to correct errors or omissions.
• Complete training and shadowing to develop technical knowledge.
