Role Description

The Staff Consultant I role is a full-time, on-site position based in Huntington Beach, CA. This role involves supporting environmental compliance projects, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of technical reports and regulatory documents. The Staff Consultant I will assist with evaluating project scenarios, reviewing operational changes for environmental impacts, and coordinating with senior consultants on client deliverables. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting fieldwork, maintaining accurate project documentation, and helping prepare materials for regulatory agency submittals and client meetings. The role also includes collaborating with team members, communicating findings to project leads, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes and tools.
