Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking an Environmental Remediation Intern for Summer 2027 in Denver, CO. You will support field activities such as soil and groundwater sampling and remediation system maintenance, and assist in preparing scopes of work and data analysis.

You’ll work with project managers, scientists, geologists, and engineers, with travel as needed, gaining hands-on experience in environmental services and reporting.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Geological Engineering, Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Must be at least a rising Junior.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist field activities including soil and groundwater sampling and remediation system maintenance.
• Prepare scopes of work for subcontracts and conduct data analysis on field and laboratory data.
• Create technical reports documenting activities and results; travel as needed.
