Job summary

APTIM Federal Services, LLC is seeking an experienced QC Manager to support remediation and site restoration at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, SF, CA. The role requires guiding QA/QC objectives, reviewing plans, and enforcing regulatory and safety standards on complex environmental work.

Five+ years of QC leadership are needed, along with CQM-C certification, OSHA HAZWOPER, and a valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $99,500 to $165,500 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QC management experience on restoration/remediation projects.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enforcing QC programs for task orders.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC objectives with Project Manager, Site Supervisor, and on-site staff.
• Review all project plans including Sampling & Analysis Plans and Health & Safety Plans.
• Conduct and document the Three Phases of Control for each work feature.
• Enforce contract compliance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with SSHO on hazards and safety violations.
• Prepare and submit clear Daily QC reports.
• Maintain adherence to safety and quality programs.
