Job summary

APTIM Federal Services, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee environmental remediation task orders in Northern California, including San Francisco Bay and Sacramento areas. The PM will coordinate with Government representatives and implement projects per contract requirements.

The role requires managing hazardous materials remediation, regulatory compliance, and radiological safety procedures, with a focus on schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Outreach Training is required.
• 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Training with current 8-Hour refresher is required.
• Experience in remediation services involving hazardous materials is essential.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and performance metrics is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Government COR and other federal representatives.
• Execute services under the direction of the Contracting Officer and other authorized personnel.
• Manage remedial and construction-related activities per task order requirements and contract scope.
• Maintain understanding of contract scope, deliverables, schedules, and budget requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and prepare reports and forecasts.
