Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; substitution allowed for experience.
• Planner II requires 3 years in relevant fields; Planner III requires 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to drive state vehicle.
• Experience with environmental laws, regulations, and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate environmental planning and program activities for projects.
• Liaise with state and federal agencies and stakeholders.
