Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in local, regional, or state environmental planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and reviewing environmental documents such as categorical exclusions, technical reports, and mitigation plans.
• Assist with evaluating potential effects of transportation projects on natural, cultural, and community resources.
• Support public involvement through meetings and outreach activities.
• Coordinate with agencies and the public to strengthen environmental compliance.
• Assist with developing and delivering environmental training for district staff.
