Qualifications

• At least 8 years of direct environmental permitting & planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or natural resources required.
• Strong technical writing skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and delineate wetlands and streams for permitting.
• Prepare Clean Water Act permit applications.
• Conduct environmental resource studies and assessments.
