Stantec is seeking an Environmental Scientist to support the Great Lakes Regional remediation team based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. You will contribute to soil, groundwater, and soil vapor assessments for due diligence and remediation projects across industries.

A background in geology and OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER is required, with travel up to 20–30% for project needs. You will work with a team of professionals to interpret data, prepare technical reports, and help ensure compliance with state

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering or related field.
• Current 40-Hr HAZWOPER training required.
• Background in geology or hydrogeology; experience in environmental remediation and due diligence.

Mansioni

• Assist with environmental due diligence projects, including Phase I and II ESAs and soil, groundwater, and soil vapor investigations.
• Assist with scoping and scheduling field investigations.
• Provide technical input and review for projects and reports.
• Manage data, QA/QC, interpretation, and evaluation to regulatory standards.
• Collect and interpret data, conduct analyses, and compare findings to regulations.
• Prepare technical correspondence, reports, work plans, and project specs including budgets.
• Plan, review, and communicate the project health and safety plan.
• Coordinate and support subcontractors including safety oversight.
• Support fieldwork, site visits with regional/local travel as needed.
