Job summary

EnSafe in Nashville, TN is seeking an Environmental Geologist or Engineer (Environmental Project Manager) to lead and deliver a wide range of investigation and remediation projects for industrial, commercial, and government clients nationwide.

Based in our Nashville office, you will manage multidiscipline teams, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with clients and regulators while supporting business development.

Qualifications

• BS in Geology or Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years environmental assessment/remediation experience.
• GIT/EIT/PG/PE licensure in TN or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with Phase I and II ESAs.
• Multimedia environmental sampling experience; PFAS a plus.
• Strong communication and mentorship for junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee projects related to environmental investigations and remediation.
• Guide technical teams, prepare plans/specifications, and meet clients/subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients, regulators, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop Work Plans and Sampling/Analysis Plans.
• Conduct site investigations including soil, groundwater, and drinking water sampling.
• Lead Phase I/II ESAs and interpret data for reports.
• Evaluate technologies and design remedial actions.
• Support business development and help expand Tennessee client base.
• Supervise junior staff and maintain EnSafe culture.
