Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. in Windsor, CT is seeking a Project Manager for the Engineering, Construction, Remediation Practice focused on environmental site investigation and remediation and compliance within CT and NY.

You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and leverage TRC's integrated services to deliver high-quality results for municipal, state, and utility clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences or a relevant environmental science field.
• Minimum five years of environmental consulting with at least three years of project/program management experience.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver environmental/consulting services to municipal, state, federal and utility markets.
• Budget, scope and schedule development, monitoring and adherence for tasks and projects.
• Manage and develop technical junior staff.
• Profitably deliver projects with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Quality Analysis/Quality Control of key deliverables and adherence to firm procedures.
• Prepare technical documents and reports.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
• Mentor other environmental staff.
• Collaborate on proposals and client meetings.
