Job summary

UES, Inc. seeks an Environmental Project Manager to direct all environmental aspects of projects from initiation to completion. You will lead teams, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement environmental policies across multiple geographies.

The role involves Phase I/II ESA work, site assessments, and collaboration with engineering and laboratory teams. Travel up to 40% and on-site field participation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field and 5+ years environmental consulting.
• PG or PE license preferred; ongoing professional development encouraged.
• Knowledge of environmental permitting, regulations, and testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from proposal through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop estimates, proposals, and scopes of work with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Coordinate resources including field technicians to meet project needs.
• Maintain client communications to manage expectations and satisfaction.
• Track financial performance, cost control, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including TRRP, CERCLA, RCRA.
• Perform Phase I/II ESA fieldwork and reporting; conduct site investigations and sampling.
• Travel up to 40%; work in hybrid on-site and field environments.
