Job summary

Paragon Professional Services in the United States is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead complex federal environmental projects from Folsom, CA.   • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for Government PM, KO, COR, and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects: planning, scheduling, staffing, and cost control.
  • Develop schedules, budgets, and staffing plans for contract success.
  • Coordinate technical staff and subcontractors to ensure delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations for safety, scope, and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports and review technical deliverables.
  • Lead project meetings and mentor staff for technical excellence.
