Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Construction Management or related.
• Ten+ years of experience managing environmental or engineering projects.
• Experience with federal clients (USACE, DoD, EPA) and contract management.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of environmental investigation, remediation, and federal contracting.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Government PM, KO, COR, and client stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects with planning, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and staffing plans for contract execution.
• Coordinate technical staff, field personnel, and subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, schedule, budget, and compliance.
• Review technical reports, work plans, cost estimates, and invoices.
• Facilitate meetings and mentor staff to promote technical excellence.
