Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on environmental projects.
• Attend meetings and assist with technical and administrative issue resolution.
• Develop relationships with clients through project interactions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Assist with budget management and change orders.
• Prepare invoices and support collections activities.
• Schedule, train, and oversee field technicians and staff.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and develop PM skills.
• Assist with proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Prepare environmental reports and perform analyses with senior staff.
