Job summary

Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join our team. This role blends field and office work, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining client relationships while managing several environmental projects concurrently.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in environmental engineering, permits, and technical writing, with 2+ years of related experience. A PE or PG license is preferred to advance client stewardship and project leadership at ECS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff and support team development.
• Interface with clients daily; maintain client database.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, and environmental reports.
• Manage and oversee environmental projects with multiple concurrent tasks.
• Coordinate project set up, scheduling, and site reconnaissance.
• Review deliverables and ensure quality prior to senior review.
