Job summary

MC Squared, LLC seeks an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental projects, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and support growth of our environmental consulting practice.

In this role you will oversee Phase I and II ESAs, coordinate field activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to proposals and business development while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Strong understanding of applicable environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
• Experience managing projects, clients, and environmental staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple environmental projects from planning through completion.
• Lead Phase I and Phase II ESAs and report preparation.
• Review field and laboratory data and develop recommendations for investigation/remediation.
• Coordinate environmental sampling, laboratory testing, drilling, subcontractors, and permitting activities.
• Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Mentor environmental staff and provide technical guidance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and lead meetings.
• Support preparation of technical proposals and business development.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and risk throughout execution.
• Promote safe work practices and a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
