Job summary

You will coordinate internal teams, manage budgets, prepare technical reports, and liaise with clients and regulators. 5-8 years' experience, NJ/NY/CT/PA regulations preferred; HAZWOPER and a Bachelor's in relevant field required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant environmental consulting experience, focused on site investigation and remediation.
• Experience with state-specific environmental regulations (NJ, NY, CT, PA, or others) strongly preferred.
• Advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage small-to-mid-size environmental projects to meet technical, regulatory, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and field staff to implement projects per scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and review technical reports and regulatory submittals.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and financial performance with updates and recommendations.
• Communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders regarding status and decisions.
• Provide field oversight to ensure execution aligns with project scope and safety requirements.
• Assist proposal preparation, cost estimating, and work plan development; identify scope changes.
