Canacre is seeking an Environmental Project Manager in the Denver area to lead environmental and land services from concept to completion. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. This role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement in a demanding project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional services consulting experience with external clients.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience with environmental permitting and construction compliance.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead internal resources to meet milestones.
• Liaise with clients and provide reports.
• Develop project messaging for stakeholders.
• Track progress from task, time, schedule, cost.
• Ensure all client deliverables are on schedule.
• Manage scope, risks, and changes with client.
• Lead weekly/biweekly client meetings.
• Assess and communicate project risks and resolutions.
