Job summary

Canacre USA, LLC seeks an Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental permitting efforts and manage projects from conception to completion. The role involves coordinating internal resources, communicating with clients, and ensuring deliverables meet schedule and budget expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in biology or environmental science, 3–5 years of consulting, and demonstrated management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of professional services consulting experience with external clients.
• 2+ years in a management role and experience with environmental permitting and construction compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead internal resources, set expectations and priorities, determine metrics, obtain deliverables and achieve milestones.
• Liaise directly with clients or Client Manager and provide reports, updates and solutions.
• Support development of project messaging for stakeholders, including landowners and communities.
• Manage detailed tracking and communication of project progress from a task, time, schedule, and cost perspective.
• Ensure all client deliverables are completed and delivered on schedule.
• Review client deliverables to ensure quality and identify change orders when needed.
