Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering/Geology or related field.
• 7+ years of environmental or project management experience.
• Project Management certification.
• Professional Geologist License in IL.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute environmental projects from Phase I/II to remediation and permitting.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; win work.
• Oversee projects within scope and budget; manage invoicing.
• Maintain project schedules and meet deliverable deadlines.
• Prepare client contracts, statements of qualifications and fee proposals.
• Communicate ideas and complex matters to clients and team.
• Act as client liaison; apply innovative problem solving.
• Conduct site visits and fieldwork as needed.
• Perform quality control for projects and clients.
• Stay informed on environmental markets and technology trends.
• Attend meetings and industry events.
• Supervise direct reports.
• Share industry trend insights with the team.
