Canacre is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead projects from conception to completion. You will manage quality, risk, milestones, and budget while communicating with clients and stakeholders to meet expectations and deliver results.

Role requires 3-5 years in consulting, 2+ years in management, and strong knowledge of environmental permitting and regulatory compliance. A collaborative, diverse team culture supports growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in professional services consulting with external clients.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience with environmental permitting and construction compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead internal resources; set expectations, priorities and milestones.
• Liaise with clients; provide reports, updates and solutions.
• Support stakeholder messaging, including landowners and communities.
• Track progress across task, time, schedule and cost dimensions.
• Ensure client deliverables are on schedule and within budget.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Review deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Lead weekly or biweekly client meetings and internal reviews.
