Republic Services is seeking an ES Project Manager to oversee a broad array of client-based projects and site operations, ensuring contractual requirements and work scope are met while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate resources, supervise on-site technicians, and collaborate with the sales team to propose compliant solutions and identify new opportunities. The role emphasizes training, reporting, and maintaining profitability of projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of complex regulations in environmental waste industry.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage resources and expenditures.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs onsite customer service work including regulatory inspections and waste profiling.
• Works with customers to establish reuse, reduction, recycling and alternate treatment options.
• Provides data and reporting to customers per contract specifications.
• Guides compliance with RCRA, DOT, TSCA and other regulatory bodies.
• Monitors subcontractor services for completeness or deficiencies.
• Assists in implementing technical systems or software and provides end-user training.
• Collaborates with sales to propose compliant customer solutions and identify new opportunities.
