Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or similar field.
• A professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) is preferred; additional licensure may be required.
• Good knowledge of environmental principles and applications.
• Strong project management and consulting skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Directs project setup and field implementation activities
• Oversees groundwater, soil, and media investigations
• Manages project budgets and monitors financial performance
• Mentors junior staff and supports team development
• Communicates project impacts to leadership and clients
• Manages environmental projects from initiation through completion
• Prepares reports, change orders, and technical recommendations
• Reviews deliverables prior to senior review
• Leads project discussions with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinates field and office resources to support project execution
