Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or similar.
• P.E. or P.G. preferred; licensure may be required depending on work performed.
• Knowledge of environmental principles, regulations, permitting, and test methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manages environmental projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinates scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Mentors junior staff and supports team development.
• Maintains regular client communication and develops relationships.
• Prepares proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and change orders.
• Oversees field and office resources to support execution.
