Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating resources, mentoring staff, and maintaining quality, schedule, and safety. Expected pay ranges from $60k to $75k/year, depending on location and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-5 years of related environmental experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) preferred; additional licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages environmental projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinates scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
• Mentors junior staff and supports team development.
• Maintains client communication and develops relationships.
• Drives project budgets, change orders, invoices, and collections.
• Oversees field and office resources and project execution.
• Prepares reports, technical recommendations, and project documentation.
