Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Project Environmental Engineer, Environmental Scientist, or Geologist to join a growing team in Parsippany, NJ or Princeton, NJ. You will work on diverse projects, leading portions of technical work from scoping to deliverables, and performing site investigations and data analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel.

Competenze

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks with strong critical-thinking.
• Must meet physical requirements: lift 50 lbs, outdoor fieldwork in varying weather.
• Willingness to travel to work locations, including overnight stays.
• Understanding of ASTM, NJDEP, and/or CERCLA standards and regulations.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and updates.

Mansioni

• Lead portions of technical project work from scoping through final deliverables under senior staff guidance.
• Perform site and subsurface characterization, fieldwork, and groundwater/soil sampling.
• Prepare technical deliverables and assist with permits, reports, and cost estimates.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with clients and agencies.
